Child Abuse

I think that Child Abuse is bad because children are not adults and their not as strong they are easy to hurt and when you hit them their bones could break. Also when you hit your kids your kids are seeing you hit them and they will hit their kids back and then their kids will hit theirs and it will keep happening unless someone stops it by talking to their kids not hitting their kids.

You can also take it to far by killing your kids. Because in America two parents killed their three year old daughter Alexander. It was said by the cops that the father used to lock her in the room and make her wear a dog collar.

The mother never used to take the daughter to the doctors because she was always covered with buses and they would call the police or something like that on them. So I think that people who abuse kids are losers who pick on people who are weaker then them even if it's their own kids.

Car seat Saftey

This is my poster that a made yesterday and the day before that. On this poster it says that you have to be at least 148cm or under to sit in a boster sit or a car seat. It also says to wear your seat belt when ever you are in the car. So that you can be safe if the car has to suddenly stop.

Myths

Once upon a time there was a beautiful girl that had Jet black hair and had blue eyes with red red lips like blood. There was also three young sons of the king before he died. Each with its individual talent. For example the oldest one was as strong as 30 men and the 2nd oldest was 2 times as fast as light, the 3rd one could control lightning  and shot them out of his fingertips and his eyes. But the one thing that they all had in common that their dad gave them all a superpower each when they were born so they could protect themselves at all time.

The oldest name was ones name was Hercules and the 2nd oldest was called Zeus and youngest was called Perseus. When they meet Marry the fell for her straight away. The all tried to ask on a date but the first Hercules tried and he said I will take you to have nice picnic in the park and we can listen to the birds in the park but she declined then Zeus asked her and he said to her I will take her under the stars and look at the moon while we watch a movie but she said no then Perseus asked her to come with him to the castle and have dinner with him and she said yes. But the other brothers were Jealous of Perseus and wanted to kill him. But Marry overheard their plan and warned Perseus that they were Jealous and they wanted to kill him but he was ready.

He knew when they would attack him what they would do and how they would trick him but what they did not know that he was their half brother because their dad did not tell them that he was their half brother and that he had other powers rather than just one power because he was born with more powers than them at birth. When it was time for them to kill him he was ready they said Perseus come and join us we are about to have lunch Perseus went even though he knew what they were doing anyway he went with them. 

After they had lunch Hercules attacked him with a sword that he had in his bag. but Perseus blocked it created a shock wave that blowed both of them backwards. Then Zeus got up off the floor and run up to him in a flash and tried to punch him but Perseus created an force field that protected him from the force of the punch.

Then Perseus took down the force field and shocked Zeus with lightning and Zeus fell to the floor just then Hercules hit the ground and made a big crack in the ground but Perseus closed up the hole with his other powers like earth bending but when he was closing it up Hercules tackled him to the ground then Perseus controlled thunder instead of lighting to kill Hercules. Then a few years later Marry and Perseus got married and had kids that had Perseus same powers and Marry and Perseus  and their kids lived happily ever after the End

The Lesson was to control your temper and never get jealous.

Maths Problems

Today I learnt Decimals and fractions. The image you see before you is a image of three of the questions. but these are the word problems not the number problems. If I had to rate this out of ten I would give it a 9 or 8 because this activity was cool as and fun.

Kiwi Can

Thursday 18th June 2015

Today at Kiwi Can we learnt about integrity and reliability. For our energiser we were split into four groups and make up our own beat. He said the first person has to make a sound then the next and the next after that but not all at once. Mr Numia walked around the class pointing at us as he counted from 1234 over and over again.

Finally he stopped at Siosifa, him Mele,Justin,Aarmione,Joseph,me and Danny Joe. But Joseph and Siosifa soon had to leave for a reading test. Then Levi my brother came over and said that his whole group had to go for a test.He said could he join our group they said yes but I said no because he can be silly sometimes. Two minutes later Miss Tui came to us and showed a video on her phone. It was a video of another group from Glen Taylor.

Glen Taylor is just up the road from our school. The kids were singing a song but I couldn’t hear it because of the noise that the other kids from the other groups were making. But we thought it was too hard for our group to do. So Miss left to show another group incase they wanted to do it. Danny Joe said that we only had a little time left. Then Mele said that we should do Queen's song We Will Rock You.

But when the time was up and we had to present no one presented because they hadn’t done it yet or finished it yet. Before we went into the class Mr Mumia had gotten a ball from someone. Then he said that we were going to play a game called Big Bounce Hand Ball. Then he made us sit on the ground while he split us into two groups. We played Big Bounce Handball near the entrance of the corridor.

Then he split us into four groups and gave each group a number. My group was number three, Levi’s group was number 1, Brandon's 2 and Voni’s Four. Then Mr Numia Explained the rules to us. He said that each person has one his and has to quickly get out of the way of the other person. He also said that there are no Fool Carries and if you double bounce your out, if you touch it before it goes out, make it go out or if it bounces in your square and it goes out you're out. I was first, then it went to the next and the next until it was back to my group.

Later He turned us into two groups the two groups on the left became one and the two groups and the right became one. This time we used both squares instead of just one each. Each group used two squares. The first time we one. But the other two times we lost but on the last one we one because Brandon was the only one left.

The people that were out had to wait under the tree while the other play. But some watched them and said to the couch that he is cheating and is changing the rules to their advantage. After the game we went back into the class although some people like me wanted to keep playing. Then they did our points. But we got low points because some people like James,Levi,Mangila and some others were swearing at the coach and teachers.

At the end we got 21 points for our class. They said that Room 9 were catching up to us and fast. I think we're in the lead I hope.

MADD diary

Today at MADD Petia talked to us about leadership. Then he drawed five shapes on the board and said pick one of them then you will be put into that group. The choices were Triangles,Squares,Rectangles,Circles and Squiggles. I chose Triangles.

Mafoa,Keti,Aarmione and Manuae were in my group. He told us to move in different parts of the room if you were in a certain group. He gave each group a card that said what each shape ment. Then he asked the leader of each groups to come up and to read out what did their shape mean.

When Mafoa went up he said that the Triangles mean leadership.

Next was Siosifa from the Circles, there group meant caring for each other and watching each others back. After them was Lennyx from the Squares that represented hard working and focused. Later was Fusi from Squiggles that means creativeness. Rectangles Represented thinking fast.

Later he talked about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles how Leonardo is a Leader like the Triangles, how Michelangelo is caring like Circles, How Donatello is creative like the Squiggles, how Raphael is focus like the Squares and how Splinter thinks fast like the Rectangles.Last he drawed The old blue and grey Batman

Holiday Recount

In the Holidays my cousin Toni-Lee and her dance crew from school. Entered a competition called Mega Schools. All the schools from Auckland and one from Wellington compete to one a spot in the finals and from there go and compete overseas against other crews.

My anty rang my mum and said that her daughter was going to dance at the mega schools. When my mum heard she told me to tell my friends if they wanted to come to the mega schools and watch her nese dance at the Mega Schools.

When we went to the mega schools we met my anty called Mata so we call her anty Mata. We also meet her son Dylan her other daughter Shontell and her kids Jr and Charlet.

The dance was at Vodafone Events Center. There we had to give our tickets that we brought online to these two security guards. One we got in there were people from Custom Dee selling T - shirts and people selling food. There were a lot of people waiting in line for the guards to open up the doors. The line started to get bigger as the time went by because more and more people were coming through the doors to watch all the school preform.

When they opened the doors my family and my friends sat on the ground when everyone else sat up on the cheers so they could see more. When it started the announcer came out and introduced us to all the judges. He told us what all the judges did and most of them were dances. Then he told us all the sponsors. Like My FM,Custom Dee and many more.

The first school that danced was some school I can’t remember. But I do remember the really good schools like MAGS (Mt Albert Grammar School),AGGS (Auckland Girls Grammar School),Request, The Royal Family, Prestige and some really cool schools. But the school that came first was Manure School Then in Second place came MAGS and third came this other school that I can’t remember. So all three school get to compete  to go overseas.
